Tasked with revitalizing a building adjacent to a landmark, our team embraced the challenge with enthusiasm. The mandate was clear: infuse the renovation with an Art Deco aesthetic, a style known for its rich history and timeless elegance. Our design weaves this aesthetic throughout, harmonizing with the original architecture while introducing a modern function. The building’s new program includes office spaces, co-working areas, and retail offerings, catering to a diverse array of needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Architectural Innovation<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Originally a 10-story structure characterized by an asymmetric grid and varying heights, the building presented a unique canvas. Our approach mirrored the program’s diversity in the facade’s redesign, breathing new life into the structure. With two floors dedicated to retail, a floor for co-working spaces, and several levels for traditional office use, the building’s exterior now reflects its internal dynamism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Interior Elegance<\/strong> <\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Inside, our vision was to craft spaces that resonate with the building\u2019s Art Deco shell. The interiors now boast a blend of modern flair and historical ambiance, achieving a seamless aesthetic unity. By focusing on the distribution areas, we enhanced traffic flow and user experience, ensuring that each element of the design serves both form and function.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Rooftop Retreat<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Perhaps the most transformative aspect of our project is the rooftop. Overlooking the bustling Nanjing Road, this space has been reimagined as an urban oasis. Through the strategic use of greenery, seating, and amenities, we’ve created an inviting atmosphere where the city’s skyline can be admired. This rooftop haven not only offers breathtaking views but also a vibrant, communal area for relaxation and inspiration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
